IT CAN GET WILD OUT THERE - VOLUME 9
A few days ago I had a run-in with a car and came off second best. After getting sideswiped, I managed to sail through the air for a few metres, hit the road and slid some more. Two things I am thankful for; one, we were only travelling at moderate speeds and two, I was wearing excellent quality protective gear. Specifically, my SA1NT Model One jeans - they literally saved my ass. I landed on the hip armour and slid. The Model One jeans held up fine and I was able to walk away from the crash unharmed. They got a bit scuffed up in the process, but rather the jeans than my leg.Â
