Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, subject to the following terms:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items purchased as part of a set, promotion, or bundle offer (including free gifts) must be returned in full. If free promotional items are not returned, the retail value will be deducted from your credit.

  • Sale items and promotional gift orders are not eligible for refunds. These orders may only be:

    • Exchanged (if stock is available), or

    • Returned for store credit (valid for 12 months) if the item is deemed faulty.

  • Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchanges are processed based on availability at the time we receive your return.

  • Returns requested outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of SA1NT and will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or covered in animal hair will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

 

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. SA1NT does not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty.

  • Approved refunds apply only to full-price items that meet our return conditions and will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Orders paid partially or fully with a gift card will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of processing.

  • We monitor return activity. Customers who frequently return large portions of their order or misuse promotions may be restricted to store credit only or have future returns declined.
