Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Item(s) purchased as a set or with a free gift must be returned as a full set.

  • Item(s) marked as final sale are only eligible for store credit or exchanges, unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless free returns are available in your country.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we receive the return.

Returns requested outside of this period may be accepted at SA1NT’s discretion and will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

To begin your return, please request a Return Authorisation Number (RA) using our Customer Service contact form. You’ll receive return instructions via email. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) being returned

  • The reason for the return — refund or exchange (please explain if faulty)

  • Replacement size (if requesting an exchange)

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If a gift card was used, that amount will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months.



Return Policy Misuse

We offer a flexible return policy to enhance your shopping experience, but we do monitor all return activity. The following behaviors may be flagged as policy misuse:

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of the order.

  • Reordering identical items at a lower price during sales and returning the original full-priced items for a refund.

If these patterns are identified, SA1NT reserves the right to:

  • Decline future returns,

  • Issue store credit instead of a refund, or

  • Apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.

We encourage all customers to consult our size guides or reach out to our team for help before purchasing to ensure the right fit and avoid unnecessary returns.
