RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We have a 30-days return policy upon receipt of order subjected to the following terms and condition:
+ Item(s) must be unworn and still bearing the original label and in its original purchase condition.
+ Item(s) purchased as a set or free gift with purchase must be returned as a set.
+ Item(s) marked as *final sale are only eligible for store credit or exchanges unless item(s) received are faulty.
+ Shipping cost associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by SA1NT unless free returns are eligible for your country.
+ Exchanges are subjected to product availability at time of receipt of return order.
Returns requested outside of this period will be accepted at the discretion of SA1NT, and you will be issued with store credit for the value of the returned items, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Simply request a return authorisation number (RA) using the Customer Service contact form and return instructions will be emailed to you.
Please provide the following details in the contact form in order for our customer service team to process your returns seamlessly :
+ Order number
+ Item(s) that you are returning
+ Reason for your return - refund or exchange. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
+ If you would like to exchange an item(s) because the fit is not right, let us know your replacement size.
Once the customer service team has reviewed your request, you will receive an email containing your RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to SA1NT
All refund requests will be credited back to the original payment method used. Please note that if a gift card is used on the order, refunds will be provided as store credit and is valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged. Please utilise our existing resources to ensure you get the correct sizing sent first time. Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering to ensure you have selected the correct size.

All items returned should have a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

ALL ITEMS ON IN THE OUTLET COLLECTION ARE FINAL SALE STYLES
Please be aware that all products listed on the outlet collection are considered final sales. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item, unless there is a valid reason for a defective product, as covered by our regular return policy.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
As these items are offered at exceptional discounts, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on them. We highly recommend double-checking your selections before proceeding with the checkout process.
SIZE CHANGE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
In the rare case that the item you ordered doesn't fit, we might be able to accommodate a size change, subject to availability. However, please be aware that size exchanges are not guaranteed, and we encourage you to refer to our size guides to ensure the perfect fit from the outset.
STORE CREDIT IN PLACE OF REFUND
In the event of a defective product or unforeseen issue with your order, instead of providing a refund, we will issue store credit, which you can use for future purchases on our website. We understand that purchasing items under these conditions may be a bit different from our standard policy, but we believe that the incredible savings and unique products offered on this page make it worthwhile. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
If you have received an item as a gift, it can be returned or exchanged like any other purchase from our store. We may request the name of who the gift was purchased by and/or the order number, to help us identify this in our system. Please note if you would like to return your gift, a refund can only be issued to the original cardholder but store credit can be provided instead. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties if applicable.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange items for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are subjected to product and stock availability at time of receipt of return order.
SALE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Products marked as*Final Salecan be returned but are only eligible for store credit or exchanges unless item(s) received are faulty. Refunds on final sale products can only be processed if product is deemed faulty (see "What if my product is faulty?"). We are happy to exchange for a different size where the product does not fit. Where alternative sizes are not available - we will offer you a store credit to the value of the returned items. Please ensure you check our sizing guides prior to purchase.
LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days upon receipt of order. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of SAINT and may only be refunded as a store credit.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your cart before checking out.
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the Customer Service contact form to request for a Return Authorisation (RA) for the products you do not wish to keep once you receive your order.
WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
You will receive a full refund for products returned to Saint within the 30 days return period. All product must be in new, unused condition, with all SAINT garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the initial order to the original account used for payment. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a Return Request using the Customer Service contact form and we will help you exchange or return the item.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on SA1NT. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
